An address by the people of Coruña, Spain, in 1910 paying homage to David Lloyd George. The signatures of local people were collected in recognition of the People’s Budget of 1909. The budget was contentious, raising money by taxing the rich; together with the pensions legislation it broke new ground in the struggle for a fairer society, and the fight against poverty.
